Where do the images come from?+
The teaser and the final video are generated automatically from the public photos of your business’s Google profile, enhanced without inventing elements or text. No third-party photos are used. The quoted reviews are excerpts from your customers’ public opinions.
Can I use my own photos and my logo?+
Yes. After payment, you can optionally upload your own photos and your logo from your video’s private page, and we enhance the video with them.
Can I use the video wherever I want?+
Yes. Once paid, the video is yours to use on social media, your website, advertising, screens in your premises or wherever you need, with no time or platform limits.
What if I am not convinced by the result?+
The teaser lets you see the style and the script before paying. If after payment the final video has a technical defect, we regenerate it; and if it still cannot be delivered with quality, we refund you. The details are in the refund policy.
How do I pay and is it secure?+
Payment is made on a Stripe page, one of the most widely used payment processors in the world. We never see or store your card details. You will receive the Stripe receipt in your email.
