Terms of service
Last updated: 20 October 2026 · Cubotic, LLC
1. Who we are and who the service is for
Wriggs is a service of Cubotic, LLC (3940 NW 79th Ave, Apt 744, Doral, FL 33166, USA; contact hi@wriggs.com). It is aimed at businesses, professionals and companies (“the Customer”) who want a short promotional video of their activity. By placing an order, the Customer declares that they act in the course of their professional or business activity and accepts these terms.
2. Description of the service
- Free teaser. At no cost and with no commitment, we prepare a brief, a script and a short watermarked clip (“teaser”) from the public information of the business and the public photos on its Google profile, and we show it on a private page with a personalised link. The teaser is a proposal and does not create any contractual relationship.
- Final video. If the Customer buys, we produce a promotional video of approximately 25 seconds in five acts, without watermark, in vertical (9:16) and horizontal (16:9) format, based on the script shown in the teaser. The video is generated with generative models tools and edited automatically.
- Plans. The Essential plan includes the video with captions and music, without voice-over. The Premium plan adds a professional voice-over, cinematic video models with continuity between acts, 1080p quality and two rounds of revisions at the Customer’s request.
- Optional enhancement. After payment, the Customer may provide us with their own photos and logo so that the video is regenerated with them, at no additional cost.
- Digital delivery. The video is delivered exclusively in digital format, by email with a download link.
3. Price, order and payment
The price is the one shown on the private teaser page at the time of purchase (as a general rule, €99 for the Essential plan and €249 for the Premium plan, one-time payment, + VAT; for EU businesses with a VAT ID the reverse charge applies and the invoice states it). It is a one-time payment; there is no subscription or recurring charges. Payment is made by card through Stripe; we do not receive or store card details. The order is considered confirmed when Stripe notifies us of the payment, at which point production of the final video begins. The Customer receives the Stripe receipt at the email provided during payment.
4. Delivery times
Production is automatic. The Essential plan is usually available within minutes of payment confirmation; the Premium plan, which includes reviews and voice-over, is delivered in under 24 hours. The download link stays active for 30 days; the Customer must save the files within that period. After that, we can renew the link at the Customer’s request by writing to hi@wriggs.com. If we could not deliver the video within those times, we refund the full amount under the refund policy.
5. Use of the business’s information and images
The teaser and the final video are prepared from public information of the business (name, category, location, rating and review excerpts) and from the public photos of its Google profile, which are enhanced and animated with generative image and video models without inventing elements or text. No third-party photographs are used and no identifiable real people generated by those models are shown.
The Customer warrants that they have the right to use the trade name, signage and other distinctive signs of their business that appear in the video, and that the reviews quoted correspond to their establishment. If the Customer provides us with their own photos, logo or other materials to enhance the video, they warrant that they hold the necessary rights to them and the authorisations of any people who appear in them.
6. Ownership and licence of the delivered video
Upon full payment, the Customer acquires the exclusive, perpetual, worldwide and irrevocable right to use, reproduce, publicly communicate, modify and distribute the final video in any medium and platform, including advertising, without time limit. Cubotic, LLC retains ownership of its tools, templates, prompts and processes, and a copy of the video for the period necessary for support and delivery. We will not use the Customer’s final video for our own promotional purposes without their express authorisation. The watermarked teaser is a sample and may not be used commercially by the Customer.
Content generated by generative models may be subject to a different intellectual property regime depending on the jurisdiction; the above licence is granted to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.
7. Content review and Customer responsibility
Before publishing it, the Customer must review the video: model-generated content may contain inaccuracies (opening hours, services, text). The Customer is responsible for the use they make of the video and for ensuring that their advertising complies with the regulations applicable to their sector and territory.
8. Warranty and limitation of liability
We undertake to deliver a technically correct video (playable, in the formats indicated and in line with the script shown). If it has a technical defect, we will regenerate it at no cost; if that is not possible, we will refund the amount. Apart from that warranty, the service is provided “as is” and we do not guarantee specific commercial results (sales, visits, reach).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total liability of Cubotic, LLC for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid by the Customer for the order in question, and excludes indirect damages, loss of profit or loss of data. Nothing in these terms limits rights that the law grants the Customer on a mandatory basis.
9. Commercial communications and opt-out
Teaser proposals are commercial communications addressed to businesses, identified as such, and always include a free and immediate opt-out link. Once an opt-out is requested, the business is excluded from future proposals. More information in the privacy policy.
10. Changes
We may update these terms by publishing the new version on this page with its date. Each order is governed by the terms in force at the time of purchase.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (United States of America), without prejudice to the mandatory rules that protect the Customer in their country of residence or establishment. The parties will endeavour to resolve any dispute amicably by writing to hi@wriggs.com; failing that, they submit to the competent courts under the applicable law.
